PACKAGE TERMS
Before
you commit.
What counts as one video?
One approved concept and one finished video with a total runtime of 15–30 seconds, in one agreed aspect ratio. Each video includes 3–5 visual shots edited together with background music. These shots are segments within the finished video, not separate 15–30-second videos. Alternative concepts, extra versions and new languages are separate deliverables. The package runs over one 30-day production period, with delivery dates agreed before acceptance.
How do revisions work?
Submit consolidated feedback from your agency. Included revisions refine the agreed concept; a new product, new concept or a change to an approved script is quoted separately. Corrections to our own delivery errors do not use your revision allowance.
What is outside the package?
Additional formats, voice-over, presenter videos, languages, complex scenes and precise product reconstruction are quoted separately. Live filming, media buying and editable project files are not included. Music and other assets remain subject to their applicable licences and agreed intended use.
What is agreed before production?
Deliverables, production dates, applicable usage restrictions and payment terms are confirmed in writing. Flag any NDA or specific confidentiality requirements during enquiry so they can be reviewed. Commissioned work is not published without written permission. An enquiry is not an order or production commitment.
